ANTI-BRIBERY POLICY

1. OBJECTIVE OF THE POLICY

Bribery and corruption are major threats to good governance, sustainable development, business ethics, and the trust between parties in business transactions. They undermine efforts to achieve economic and social growth.

SOCIALAB takes a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption, operating with ethics, integrity, and confidentiality in all its activities. All employees, third-party providers, and other stakeholders involved with the Company are required to act in accordance with these principles. Their cooperation is crucial in the prevention and elimination of any forms of bribery or corruption.

2. PROHIBITED PRACTICES AND GUIDELINES

Practices aimed at building or strengthening relationships and promoting SOCIALAB’s objectives must be conducted with transparency. These practices should not create expectations from the recipient to reciprocate through actions or omissions as compensation.

SOCIALAB prohibits any form of facilitation payments, regardless of the amount, and refrains from making donations to political parties. Any involvement in bribery, whether giving, receiving, or promising anything of value in exchange for favorable actions, is strictly prohibited.

3. REPORTING SUSPICIOUS INCIDENTS

Employees and third-party providers are required to report any suspicious activity related to bribery or corruption to the Company’s management. Any such reports will be reviewed by the management in collaboration with the Legal Counsel. These reports must be made in good faith, and no employee will face consequences for reporting serious concerns, even if their suspicions are later proven to be incorrect.

All reports made in compliance with this policy will be investigated, and the appropriate actions will be taken to address any violations.

4. CONSEQUENCES OF NON-COMPLIANCE

Failure to comply with this policy, whether intentional or accidental, may result in disciplinary action, which could include termination of employment or contractual agreements. Additionally, individuals involved in bribery or corruption may face criminal prosecution according to Greek law.

5. KEY PRINCIPLES

SOCIALAB is committed to operating with professionalism, legality, and integrity in all business transactions. SOCIALAB prohibits offering, promising, giving, or receiving any form of bribe. SOCIALAB has implemented measures to maintain high ethical standards and protect its reputation from any allegations of bribery or corruption. This policy applies to all SOCIALAB employees, third-party providers, and anyone acting on behalf of the Company. Violations of this policy will be addressed in accordance with Greek legislation.

6. REPORTING CHANNELS
